Based on the past two years, I'm saying "Worst Practices" is a must see. The "Great Code Giveaway" was also good, although primarily directed at web developers last year.
I've always enjoyed Ed Brill's sessions on dissecting the competition. Iirc, he will be doing a different type of session this year though, so update this as appropriate.
